Precast Software for Design, Production & Project Management

Precast Cast Planning

The IMPACT Precast Cast Planning software module helps you schedule and plan your production all in 3D. It is fully customisable to suit your exact set-up in terms of factories; production halls through to individual production beds, casting tables and moulds.

It is flexible to help you plan any types of precast elements such as solid walls, sandwich walls, double (twin) walls, hollow core slabs, double tees, filigree slabs, columns and beams.

You plan in full 3D with the IMPACT Project Manager, which is very simple to use and you don’t require any 3D modelling skills or prior knowledge of modelling software.

Plan anything in full 3D!

The 3D Cast planning system is extremely versatile and you can plan anything you wish or any type of bespoke precast element which can be imported with the Linked Element feature.

You can also import 3D model data from Industry standard software to use for planning in IMPACT, such as AutoCAD, BricsCAD, Revit and Tekla® Structures.

If you don’t have a 3D model or drawing available from your design department you can still plan with geometry imported Excel and import and swap out with the 3D model data and shop drawings when they become available.
