What is NPS?

A net promoter score is a way for us to see how many people are so extremely happy with our software (Or any product), that they will definitely recommend our software to their friends and colleagues. – People are asked to give a number of how likely they are to recommend our product, and we then ONLY count 9s and 10s as positives.

Results of the IMPACT NPS

Let us jump straight into the results, we landed at a solid 37, which puts us well into the “GREAT” Category, which for our very first survey and start of this new focus area is a very nice place to start.
