Settlement
Settlement is a stand alone program to help you also calculate the soil consolidation. Ground properties such as cohesive, cohesionless and medium soils can be analysed. A license for Settlement can also activate the settlement calculations for other programs in the WIN-Statik suite, such as Foundation and Retaining wall.
