Concrete Beam
This module helps you perform analysis and design according for continuous beams to Eurocode. Based on the moments and shear forces calculated in the analysis part, the required longitudinal reinforcement and stirrups are determined. Optimisation of the required reinforcement lengths, regarding bond, can be made graphically.
In the Serviceability Limit State a cracked section deflection analysis can be carried out and a design regarding crack widths and displacements, to meet standards, or user defined requirements, can be performed. Alternatively, cracks and displacements can be calculated based on the specified reinforcement.
