Matrix Software is market leading in the Netherlands within software for structural analysis, precast concrete fabrication, steel fabrication and windows and doors fabrication. StruSoft is majority owned by Vind, an industrial owner with an eternal ownership perspective for its businesses. The new ownership in Matrix Software will enable an acceleration in the further development of both Matrix and StruSoft, their combined product offering and geographical coverage.
