We have decided to upgrade WIN-Statik to support the second-generation Eurocodes
This means the new Eurocodes will not force you to change software. You can continue working in WIN-Statik and move to SIMPLEX when it provides the right value for your organisation and workflows.
Why we are making this decision
Many of you have built workflows, templates and experience around WIN-Statik over many years. A new standard should not force a rushed change of tools.
What will be updated, and when?
All WIN-Statik applications will be updated to second generation of Eurocodes.
Development is already underway. We plan to release the updated applications with the base second-generation Eurocodes in June 2027. National annexes will follow as each country publishes them. Our aim is to complete this before the transition deadline in March 2028.
The update is included in your existing maintenance and subscription agreement.
What this means for SIMPLEX?
SIMPLEX remains our platform for future development: browser-based, with connected workflows, integrations and automation. We will keep developing and expanding it. The difference is that you choose when to move, rather than being pushed by the standard.
What is not changing
With an active WIN-Statik agreement, you will get access to the equivalent SIMPLEX application when it becomes available.
You keep access to WIN-Statik according to your existing agreement.
Previously communicated pricing and the harmonisation of old maintenance agreements remain unchanged.
