DIMENSION plumbing programmes – HeatNet
The program is an interactive, menu-driven program with an emphasis on flexibility and ease of use. The main purpose of the programme is to provide a practical tool for designing heating installations. With the program it is possible to describe a heating installation, consisting of 2 string systems, with and without reversed return, branch lines and heat emitters.
After the network has been described and the data has been checked and any errors corrected, it is possible to make a calculation. During the calculation, water flows are distributed, radiators, valves and pumps are sized.
Finally, any pre-sets are calculated. The way the update is done, it is very easy to add or delete pipes and heaters and then make a new calculation.
