IMPACT Design

In IMPACT Design, the user is able to model the entire building, creating a three dimensional model (The basis for the Building Information Model – BIM) From this model, data for all precast concrete elements can be extracted in order to automatically generate shop drawings, assembly drawings and reports.

IMPACT is custom built to handle different types of precast concrete elements and the connections between them. This also includes, but is not limited to Reinforcement, Cast-in materials, Element connections and electrical components.

Modules and Element types include: Slab, Hollow Core, Form slab, Double wall, Wall & Insulated wall, Sandwich wall, and Column & Beam.

IMPACT Wall is one of the most powerfull modules in IMPACT

The module gives the user a highly customizable tool to create walls in 3D, including automatic lift and bracing generation, with automatic center of gravity. As well as automised Shop drawings, reports and in conjunction with IMPACT Reinforcement, automatic Reinforcement templates. 

Any changes done in the model, plan, elevation or on the shop drawing, can be immediately updated on all corresponding drawings and models. So the whole project with all parts is updated at all times.

Features for IMPACT Wall include but is not limited to: Electrical keys, Cast-in materials, Automatic joins, Corbels, Openings, Recesses, Edge details, Lintels, Wall ties, Thickenings, Advanced Geometry and much more.

IMPACT Sandwich Wall is one of the most powerfull modules in IMPACT

The module gives the user a highly customizable tool to create walls in 3D, including automatic lift and bracing generation, with automatic center of gravity. As well as automised Shop drawings, reports and in conjunction with IMPACT Reinforcement, automatic Reinforcement templates.

IMPACT Hollow Core is an extremely fast and efficient way to model hollow core slabs in IMPACT

The module gives the user a highly customizable tool to create hollow core slabs in 3D, including automatic lift generation, with automatic fillings. As well as automised Shop drawings or files for plotters and reports.

Any changes done in the model, plan, elevation or on the shop drawing, can be immediately updated on all corresponding drawings and models. So the whole project with all parts is updated at all times.

Features for IMPACT Hollow Core include but is not limited to: Cast-in materials, Automatic recesses, Recesses, Edge details, Placing of  pre-stressed wires, Cut zones, Core fillings, Hanger details and much more. It is even possible to do load calculation directly from the IMPACT interface in conjunction with PRE-Stress.

IMPACT Double Wall is an extremely fast and simple to use tool to model double walls in IMPACT

The module gives the user a highly customizable tool to create double walls in 3D, including automatic lift generation and lattice girders. As well as automised Shop drawings, Reports  and in conjunction with IMPACT Reinforcement, automatic Reinforcement templates. 

Any changes done in the model, plan, elevation or on the shop drawing, can be immediately updated on all corresponding drawings and models. So the whole project with all parts is updated at all times.

IMPACT Reinforcement is an application to model and schedule rebar. Used in conjunction with any of the IMPACT Design modules, it opens up automatic reinforcement templates, groups and schedules. as well as allows exports for Unitechnik, BVBS, PXML and more.

The smart objects in IMPACT Reinforcement contain all necessary information to define rebar including bar mark, shape code, leg lengths, end hooks and material. Quantities are calculated automatically from distribution lines and spacing. Depending on view direction and bar settings, the bars are shown as easily read symbolic representations according to standard, but can also be displayed as 3D solids.

Drawing tools such as bar from polyline and surface reinforcement make rebar drafting quick and easy. Variable leg lengths and running length bars are also handled.
