In february we announced the collaboration between StuSoft and Freshdesk, a support system that would help us provide faster and better support. We are now happy to say that Freshdesk is up and running for our FEM- and IMPACT customers.
Create your cases through our customer portal or go there for easy acess to our Wiki page. Your email is already registered at the customer portal, to activate it - Click "Forgot your password?", reset the password and get access to the full content of the customer portal.
