From now on, you should create your cases through our customer portal, instead of sending cases to our support mail. That will give us the opportunity to provide even better support conditions to all of our customers through the same portal.
The customer portal will not only be for creating cases, but it will also act as a knowledge base for IMPACT Wiki, where you as a customer can easily access our IMPACT Wiki page.
