VIP-Energy

VIP-Energy is the international expert version targeting architechts, structural engineers, HVAC-engineers, facility management, energy experts and others with interest in energy, and all necessary information about the building can be put in to give an extensive result. The calculation handles all types of buildings, is extremely fast and based on more than 15 years of practical use. VIP-Energy uses the VIPCore Calculation Engine.
VIP-Energy includes the Swedish and the Norwegian design code.

VIP-Area

VIP-Area helps you to reduce the calculation time with nearly 50% and also increase the quality. VIP-Area helps you to manage the area for different building part types. VIP-Area is a part of VIP-Energy.

VIP-Energy Viewer

VIP-Energy Viewer is VIP-Energy with reduced functionality; you can import and view calculations from EcoDesigner, VIPWEB and VIP-Energy. You can also import new climate files from VIP-Energy Climate Data and simulate the energy balance for different years. VIP-Energy Viewer is free of charge.

VIP-Energy Climate Data

VIP-Energy Climate Data is a service to download global weather date like temperature, humidity, wind and solar radiation. The VIP-Energy Climate Data is fully integrated to VIP-Energy.

VIPWEB

VIPWEB is a web-application tool-kit based on the same Calculation Engine (VIPCore) as VIP-Energy. All data can be stored in a database or files which makes it easy for searching and to create different kinds of reports.
VIPWEB can use data from different kinds of sources. Input of data can be done manually through a web-interface or the data can be retrieved automatically from ERP-systems, CAD-systems, databases, files, etc.
The web-interface can be customized according to the business needs.   VIPWEB uses the same weather data as VIP-Energy. See VIP-Energy Climate Data above. The output result from VIPWEB is exactly the same as for VIP-Energy. VIPWEB includes the following main applications:

• VIPWEB FASTIGHET (REAL ESTATE) (Swedish only)
• A web-service for energy calculations for apartments houses and  premises. Fee per calculation.
• VIPWEB VILLA (PRIVATE HOUSES) (Swedish only)
• A web-service for energy calculations for private houses. Fee per calculation.
• VIPWEB  (Swedish and Norwegian only)A professional web-service for smaller companies and consultants with a limited calculation method. A yearly subscription fee combined with a fee per calculation.

EcoDesigner

Graphisoft EcoDesigner is an integrated, easy to use energy evaluation tool for architects based on Graphisoft ArchiCAD. EcoDesigner enables architects to control the energy consumption of their buildings, and sets new standards in sustainable designs, making ArchiCAD, the leading software solution for contemporary architectural demands. ArchiCAD EcoDesigner includes a VIP-Energy version for architects.
