The Department of Urban Studies at Malmö University has received a donation from Structural Design Software in Europe AB (StruSoft). With the increasing complexity of problems to be analysed, the number of equations to be solved in the finite element solver rapidly increases. Since the number of equations has a significant influence on the performance it is important to find ways to bypass the ordinary solution strategy.
